"For the love of God, choose a different agent - and a different insurance company. They waited two months to answer repeated emails about hundreds of $ in fees, and weren’t able to actually answer what those fees are. Years of not answering questions and raised rates - and I don't have any tickets or anything at all on my driving records. Save yourself some hassle and skip Belinda & Mary. In response to your response: no, you did not contact me. I called you multiple times, and then you ignored my emails for months, and then when you finally responded, you said it was too late to answer the question. And you never once explained the process. You’re just straight up lying in your response. For potential customers, go a different route. Such a waste of time and money."
